Please note: In order to be able to get the $50.00 per hour W 1 package
you must take at least a 4 hour package.

W 2

Please note: The W 2 package is only for those that do a 3 hour event.

Rates packages are not combined together.

You will be charge for only one of the packages listed.  

As a community/customer based service, We are determined to keeping our prices low and are able to
fit into most any budget.

The rates listed here are good through March 20th 2012.

A signed contract by booth H-J and you the customer means your date and price is locked in, if we raise
rates after a contract is signed, your rates remains the same.

The rates are subject to change or adjustment upon request depending on
event type, location, time, etc.
Also, customized and tailored pricing, as well as requests for bids is available upon request.

The rate you pay covers MC, Music, and Lighting.

Fog can be added to your event free of charge (If you want it), however some hotels don't want fog,
so they make the final call on the rule not us.

In most cases transportation is included in the our rates, expecially if you are within 60 miles of Moberly
Missouri.

In Most cases set-up in included in our rates, however depending on the event,
an extra $25.00 could be added if the event is going to be held at 2 locations.

Example, If we do the wedding at a lake front property, and the wedding reception at a public building
blocks away. We would want equipment at booth places, so that when the wedding gets done, we can head straight to the 2nd location and start playing music with out much delay involved.

The rates are for actual music/MC time, our driving time/set-up time is on our time not you the customer.

The rate also covers Karaoke, But due to extra equipment involved,
We will need to know BEFORE date of event that Karaoke might be involved.

If you pay by debit or credit card they is no service fee added to the amount we charge you.
