H-J Audio Entertainment
is locally owned/operated full service musical/audio entertainment
provider, for all of the central Missouri area offering a variety
of services, of which our mobile DJ/Music service remains, and serves
as the primary, and most popular service of all operating under a
community/customer policy and belief.
History
H-J Audio, was formed in September 2005., as H&J Audio, through
a partnership between, co-owners Harold & Justin shortly after Harold
inherited a large musical collection, from his older brother, Robert
F., who passed away in July 2005.
In the course of organizing the collection, and wanting to find a way
for Harold to fulfill a promise made to both, his brother and mother,
Harold & Justin formed a partnership, and began on occasions, play
music at weddings, and other events.
At the advice of, and with assistance from, Woody A., a family friend,
Harold & Justin began acquiring, and training themselves, in the
use of, special production & broadcasting software, so that all
of the music could be stored in a computer database, and be used to
play on gigs, instead of hailing records, tapes and
boxes of CD's to ever gig.
Woody, dubbed the name of the service, H&J Audio DJ Service,
We do studio recording, audio re-mastering, and music/audio locator
service, also the original music collection has grown from about 15,000
tracks of music found ON , 45 RPM & lp Records, 8-track& Cassette
tapes, and CD's, to a , now extraordinary amount of 250,000 plus tracks
of music, comedy,sound tracks,and much much more from every genre imaginable
plus another, 10,000 tracks of music,Still located on records,tapes
and CD'S. along with the addition of the other services, and the growth
of the available music, H .J.A.E. in addition to the co-owners, has
5 other persons that work with, and/or, volunteer their time with, and
for H.J.A.E., As well as, everyone with H.J.A.E., is members of, community
radio- KOPN, from Columbia.
Woody, our Tech Consultant, as well as Harold & Justin are volunteers
for, KOPN, with Woody hosting the Midnight Country program on KOPN,
and Harold & Justin, assisting in the presentation of the show.
H-J Audio, now also, owns and sponsors a reference point, web site,
that was originally designed for disabled persons, but is now open to,
and free to use by anyone, complete with a blog & forum, and pages
for want ads & personals.
As H.J.A.E., continues to strive to be the leading entertainment service
in the area, its future plans is, to eventually acquire a building,
for housing a non-alcohol dance center, a enhanced recording & production
studio, and more, as will as, continue adding to there library of music,
and other audio materials.
We are positive, that our Mobile DJ/Music service can provide your event,
